2-minutes previous meeting
These were accepted as a true and accurate record, proposed Paul Yates emley. Seconded Dave Mitchell red ferns
3- Treasurers report
Paul Yates handed copies of the accounts to the meeting, he explained that we are now banking with Barclays which is a lot better account for paying in etc.
Paul went through the accounts which were fine but explained we had made a loss of£1050.80p loss. We have to take in to account that we purchased new badges for the classic this year and will recoup that money back. The auditors and treasurer will meet up one month before the agm
4-secretaries report.
Trevor told the meeting that everything seemed to be fine in the region all the shoots winter leagues hunters etc were all doing fine. The only thing was no one seems to be interested in taking any of the officer’s positions in nefta
5-Election of officers
As there were no real changes to the officers we decided to vote everyone in en block

7- constitution and rules
Trevor told the meeting that our rules need looking at and updating, and maybe we should sit down with someone who is able to do the job, may be approach brian Samson.
8- national shoots
It will be emley moors turn to hold a gp in 2014 , also the nefta classic will be at emley moor .
9- regional shoots w/l ,frayed knott , inters ,these were sorted at the last meeting.
10- b.f.t.a agm
This will be on the 16th November 2013, agenda has not be sent out up to today, Trevor will send to all reps when they are sent.
11- any other business
A winter league
Some people have said they would prefer pellets to trophies in the winter league , we should ask all shooters and get a general idea of what they want , we have all winter league to decide.
B start time
It was decided that the winter leagues should not start shooting till 9.00 am on all events, the main course, silhouettes, and pistol. Then everybody knows where they stand.
Also booking in should only commence before 8.00 am only if the host club is happy to do so. This gives clubs time to set up ect.
c- Winter league dates
Trevor was asked to bring up that in the new year our winter league dates clash with the mfta dates, the meeting said that we start our winter league in October then our dates are every fortnight and we should disregard anybody else’s dates.
D -new clubs
There could be two new clubs interested in joining the region, one in Keighley and one at Blyth
We said we should either invite them to a winter league to see how it’s done, and ask them to attend a meeting
E- Classic money.
The money for the nefta classic is hard to keep track of, would it be better to put one person in charge of the prize fund rather than having bits go here and bits go there.

It was suggested that this takes far too long and we should do away with it, let people buy their badges on both days from stats
G CLUBS HOSTING FINAL ROUND SHOOTS
Any clubs do hold final shoots where there is a prize giving should be able to do the prize giving them self’s and that there is no need for elected officers to be there to do this specially
